The Snowmass Village planning commission will recommend against a request by several condominium associations to abandon a proposed workforce housing development near their condos.  The formal request, submitted in March by attorneys representing the Laurelwood, Timberline, Sonnenblick, Interlude, and Aspenwood condo associations, required review by the planning commission and the Town Council because it would require an amendment to the town’s housing master plan and comprehensive plan.    Read the article…………………………….
