Some gated communities may still keep politicians out (IN)

Lakes of the Four Seasons and similar gated communities that own their roads and sidewalks may once again become no-go zones for campaigning politicians.  On Wednesday, the House Elections Committee unanimously approved House Bill 1236 exempting gated neighborhoods with privately owned infrastructure from a 2014 law prohibiting homeowners association restrictions on campaign visits.     Read more……….
