The Middlesex Superior Court upheld the city of Somerville’s condo conversion rules last week, after a group of a property owners filed a lawsuit challenging the 2019 ordinance.  Somerville had already established condo conversion rules and a review board back in the 1980s, but updated the ordinance in 2019.    Read the article………………………..
