Following a jury’s verdict finding that Carmen Spinola defamed the title to Ozioma Akaranta’s condominium and awarding attorney fees to Akaranta, Spinola appeals, contending, among other things, that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, and, as a result, the trial court erred by denying her motion for new trial.
