A BC strata that failed to deal with a decade-long water leak has been ordered to pay a condo owner $12,000 in compensation and fix the issue once and for all.  According to a July 13 BC Civil Resolution Tribunal decision, Cheng Shiu-Chu Wu has lived with water getting into her Vancouver apartment since she moved there in 2003.   Read the article………………………..
