Question: I am an owner and resident of a condominium unit in a 70-plus unit complex. Our virtual AGM is scheduled for the first week of June. This week, there were three or four people from our building actively soliciting proxies. Several of us have complained to the board about this practice, but they say there is not much that can be done. Is proxy soliciting common and legal in condos, or is this unique to my building?
