The Village of Glen Carbon will create a special service area in the Cottonwood Village V subdivision to help pay for street maintenance.  At the last regular meeting of the Village Board, Village Administrator Jamie Bowden told trustees that representatives from the subdivision’s homeowners association had approached the village regarding street maintenance.   Read the article……………
