Several residents evacuated their homes after a sudden “ground collapse” at a high-end condo community in Houston on Saturday afternoon, officials said.  Beau Moreno, captain of the Houston Fire Department, said the collapse was caused by damage to an underground cistern that held flood water following recent heavy rains in the region.    Read the article…………………………….
