The homeowners’ association of a well-to-do Pleasanton golf community has sued the county over water fees. The Castlewood Property Owners Association (CPOA) recently filed suit against Alameda County, alleging the Board of Supervisors failed to follow the law before imposing a $1.4 million loan on the organization’s members to pay for their water and sewer maintenance.   Read the article…………………………….
