The owner of the Lake House at Martin’s Landing is suing more than a dozen homeowners association board directors over how they allegedly conducted a vote on a $1.1 million special assessment.   The assessment, for renovations to the 50-year-old neighborhood pool, will charge nearly $600 to each of the community’s some 1,900 homeowners, according to documents provided to Appen Media.   Read the article…………………………….
