Surfside Beach officials closed an oceanfront condo building after they determined it was unsafe because of “structural deficiencies.”  Fire Marshal Keith Williams on July 1 announced the Sandfiddler at 813 S. Ocean Blvd., had been shuttered after his office, the town building inspector and an outside engineer found “inadequate means of egress and structural deficiencies.”     Read the article…………………………….
