As City of Kilgore personnel continue the development of their planned citywide trails system, property owners in Synergy Park have requested the trails not tie-in to their routes around Elder Lake.  In a letter to Kilgore Mayor Ronnie Spradlin and the remaining city council members, the Synergy Park Property Owners Association noted their pride in the lake and trails in the northern industrial park off the U.S. Hwy. 259 Bypass.   Read the article…………………………….
