Tampa Bay Times Editorial: Fix law on condo conversions

The Florida Legislature should revisit a new law that was supposed to help condo owners in distress but has unfairly excluded people who desperately need help. A rash of condo conversions to apartments in which homeowners were forced to sell their property for less than the original purchase price prompted the Legislature to act last year to bring some fairness to the sales process.   Read the report……………….
