The Tellico Village Board of Directors have announced via a Tell-E-Flash that Property Owners Association CEO Chet Pillsbury has resigned.  The resignation was said to have taken immediate effect, with the announcement thanking Pillsbury for efforts within the community and wishing him the best in his future endeavors.    Read the article…………………………….
