Tenant should be able to answer complaint (IL)

Q. Our condominium association issued a notice of violation to an owner regarding conduct of the owner’s tenant. The notice provided the owner with the opportunity for a hearing and described when and where the hearing with the board would take place. The owner thinks the tenant should be allowed to attend.
