If you live in a Florida condo, you may be facing a steep increase to your homeowner’s association fees this year.  A Redfin analysis from August found that HOA dues have risen sharply, with three Florida metro areas experiencing increases that more than double the fee hikes in other cities nationwide.  This is having a negative impact on the condo market.
