I submitted a public records request for information about an “independent review” of what the city calls a claim against the city by the Covent Gardens Homeowners Association. As a High Point taxpayer and member of the HOA, I was concerned about how much taxpayer money was spent on this “independent review,” who conducted this review, who authorized spending taxpayer money on this review and, because this review deals with our HOA, I wanted to receive a copy of it.    Read the article…………………………….
