Trustee Rick Patz said on March 15 the lake on Beechwood Drive filled up and a deluge of water gushed into the stormwater system. He and Interim Service Director Frank Buehner determined plugged catch basins were causing the problem. Patz said the system, including catch basins and lake drains, was installed by the subdivision’s developer, and the lake is owned by the homeowners association, as is a pavilion.
