B.C.’s Civil Resolution Tribunal has ruled some of B.C. strata’s fines of an owner and a tenant for name-calling will stand.  In a Jan. 15 decision, tribunal member Nav Shukla said Steven Erik Vestergaard was a tenant of Allister David Chan in a Vancouver West End building on English Bay.  The strata claimed Vestergaard had repeatedly breached strata bylaws for which it had levied fines.   Read the article…………………………….
