City moves to allow food trucks in residential neighborhoods (SC)

The changes to Greenville’s City’s Land Management Ordinance — unanimously approved by the City Planning Commission on March 17 — would allow anyone living on a two-acre or larger lot, or a collection of lots that equal or are greater to two acres, to bring in temporary food trucks where “the principal use is a residential amenity area, by vendors with a valid mobile food vendor decal permit, and with written consent by the applicable property owner and/or homeowners association, and approved temporary use permit.”   Read the entire article……………………………….
