(Just to remind you that your condo problems may not be all that great) In Mykolaiv, for the first time, an apartment building co-owners’ association (ABO) has received a grant to overhaul a residential building that was damaged by a missile attack by Russian troops.  According to the Mykolaiv City Council, the funding is provided under the Restore Home program, which is being implemented with the support of the European Union in partnership with IFC and the Energy Efficiency Fund.   Read the article…………………………….
