Unpaid HOA dues lead to lawsuit for Noblesville man (IN)

A Noblesville homeowner is upset after his homeowner’s association sued him over $150 in unpaid dues.  Terry McMillen lives in North Harbour of Noblesville, a neighborhood located close to Morse Reservoir.  “I like the neighborhood, I have good neighbors,” said McMillen.  In October 2018, the North Harbour Property Owners Association filed a lien against McMillen’s property for unpaid assessments, also known as HOA dues.    Read the article…………………..
