A Noblesville homeowner is upset after his homeowner’s association sued him over $150 in unpaid dues. Terry McMillen lives in North Harbour of Noblesville, a neighborhood located close to Morse Reservoir. “I like the neighborhood, I have good neighbors,” said McMillen.
