Homeowners Gregory and Jodie Vaughn appeal from the trial court’s denial of their motion for summary judgment and the grant of summary judgment to the Windfield Homeowners Association in this dispute over amendments to the neighborhood covenants that prevent them from using their home as a short-term rental property. For the reasons that follow, we conclude the amendments were properly enacted and the Vaughns were subject to the restrictions. Accordingly, we affirm. Read the article…………………………….
