Villages neighbors unhappy with ARC position on homeowners’ paint job (FL)

Residents of a villa community in The Villages are unhappy with the position of the Architectural Review Committee on a homeowners’ paint job.  Stephen Stone, president of the homeowners association in Villa De Laguna West, spoke Friday morning before the Community Development District 1 Board of Supervisors.  He said the ARC went against the wishes of the residents of the villa community when it granted in 2016 a request from a homeowner at 914 San Saba Court for permission to paint the columns at his home.    Read the article…………………….
