Many residents of the Timber Creek condos have been neighbors for a long time, so it’s no surprise that they meet frequently for coffee or a meal. Except, it’s been nearly a year since many of them have lived in close proximity to each other, as a fire in April 2023 made 36 condos uninhabitable.
