When Board Meetings Go Awry…

It would be great if all Boards were functional and all communities well-run, but unfortunately that is not the case; and it is a fact of life in community management that you will at some point in your career attend a meeting that goes right off the rails, or, a “Board Meeting from Hell.” If you are in the business more than 4 or 5 years, you’ll attend many.
