A 55-and-up condominium community in Whitehall Township has settled a dispute with the township by extending an olive branch — or in this case a row of trees.  The condominium association of The Cottages at Belmont Glen, appearing before the township board of commissioners Monday, proposed a solution to its struggle with the township over a dilapidated fence along its property line, which it doesn’t want to pay to repair and maintain.   Read the article………………………….
