A resident of a condominium was able to narrowly escape an early morning fire after jumping from a second-story window, according to an official.  The occupant jumped with the help of responding police officers, Blanchfield said, and needed to be transported to an area hospital by EMS for the injuries they sustained.     Read the article…………………………….
