Woodlands floor collapse lawsuit filed 2 years after 30 were injured (SC)

A floor collapse that injured dozens during an off-campus fraternity gathering at the Woodlands of Clemson near Clemson University in October 2018 has led to a lawsuit.  Morgan Pinson, of Greenville County, filed a personal injury lawsuit Friday afternoon in Pickens County Circuit Court. Pinson suffered serious injuries when the floor collapsed and seeks actual damages, punitive damages and legal costs, according to the filing.    Read the article……………………………..
