It all started with a wall in need of scrubbing, a ladder leaning against the wall and a bucket of water left outside in 2022. Now, Kennesaw resident George Watson is going to court with his homeowners association, facing almost $35,000 in legal fees and HOA fines. Last month, Watson said his counsel from John B.
