Boards weigh several factors in deciding hardship exemption

Q:  I live in a condominium association and our declaration and bylaws were amended to restrict leasing to a certain percentage of units in the association. The number of units allowed to be leased has been reached, but there is a hardship exception to the leasing restrictions. How should a hardship exception be applied by the board?     Read more……….
