There are Some Things a Homeowner’s Association Won’t – Can’t – Tell It’s Members

I don’t know about the rest of the country, but in this state it seems quite common for a homeowner association (HOA) to be involved in litigation. Sometimes the beef is with the developer, sometimes with a contractor, and occasionally there may be a contentious dispute between the HOA and some of the individual members. One of the unfortunate consequences of such litigation is that it can hinder sales within the development.      Read more……..
