A real estate purchaser may unilaterally rescind a purchase contract within three days of receiving a property owners’ association disclosure packet under Virginia Code § 55-509.4(A), (C). The relevant issue that the instant Demurrer raises is whether a real estate purchaser may unilaterally rescind a purchase contract more than three days after receiving an incomplete or outdated disclosure packet.
