A woman has been served a criminal complaint summons in connection with racist vandalism at two homes in the Lake Forest subdivision in east Louisville, police said Wednesday. The victims are fighting back with a lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday, after catching who they say is their neighbor vandalizing their driveway on camera. The lawsuit seeks damages against the neighbor and compensation from the Lake Forest Community Association for “failing … to promote the social welfare and common good of its members and … failing to take prompt action to correct and end the harassment,” which the victims claim has been occurring for months.
