Homeowners in Greenville complained about their homeowners associations last year more than almost every county in South Carolina, according to the inaugural Homeowners Association Complaint Report released Wednesday. Richland County homeowners generated the most complaints with 53.2 percent of the total, according to the report released by the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs.
