Lawsuit blames companies for underground fire (AR)

A Bella Vista man sued today to force two companies and the Bella Vista Property Owner’s Association to pay the cost of extinguishing and cleaning up an underground fire at a one-time stump dump on Trafalgar Road.  The cost of the work could be between $21 million and $39 million, Gov.
