KPRC 2 Investigates cluster mailbox mess: No mail delivery for months in one neighborhood (TX)

Cluster mailboxes are damaged through normal wear and tear or if they’re vandalized. Neighbors in some communities say the United States Postal Service (USPS) previously repaired or replaced them.
