It was not a quiet day in Sun City Carolina Lakes on the Tuesday after Memorial Day.  Over 200 people showed up at the Lake House at noon June 28, looking to hear from the HOA Board President Thomas Powell, who had sent an email to the community earlier in the day, saying he would meet with concerned residents an hour before the scheduled HOA Executive Board meeting at 1 p.m., the latter being a closed session to “discuss personnel issues.”   Read the article…………………………….
