Resident is suspicious of homeowners board that met behind closed doors repeatedly. Wants answers (FL)

Question: I am curious as to how our last four board meetings came to be closed-door. We have been given no minutes or information about the meetings. I’m sure the entire meetings were not all about personnel, since there are probably only nine employees in our association, at the very most. I have been unable to get any information about the meetings. What can I do about this?   Read the Q&A……………………………….
