Juneau condo owners take on $1 million in flood repairs without help from state or federal aid (AK)

‘It was caving in’: Broken water line triggers mudslide below Muldoon condos (AK)

A water-line break caused an unusual landslide beneath an Anchorage condominium complex Monday.  A Muldoon hillside suddenly gave way Monday morning as the 2-inch line spewed a slope-weakening deluge.
