A man who lives in the Shiloh community says runoff from a condo development has severely damaged his backyard.  “I’ve been out here thirty years,” Walter Robertson said, who’s a retired APD officer and Vietnam veteran.  “This is the damage here,” he pointed.  The man whose resume commands respect said he hasn’t gotten any from the management of Grove at Appledoorn.   Read the article…………
