Managers of a swanky Queens condo building stiffed workers out of benefits they were entitled to receive under the terms of a lucrative tax break, said city Comptroller Brad Lander. Choice NY Property Management must pay $119,000 to its workers at The Jackson, a condominium in Long Island City, according to a wage theft settlement reached by Lander this week.
