A federal judge has dismissed for lack of standing a proposed nationwide class action lawsuit on behalf of homeowners claiming a range of companies falsely advertised their toilet wipes as “flushable.” U.S. District Judge Joseph Bianco in Central Islip, New York in an order on Monday said the homeowners had failed to allege any imminent injuries and were instead seeking prospective relief for potential future injuries.
