Q: The board of our condominium association is conducting its meetings via video conference while the governor’s COVID-19 executive orders limit in-person gatherings. Owners can “attend” these video board meetings via a computer hyperlink provided by the board. However, not every owner in our association has a computer or is “tech savvy” enough to use this computer technology.
