Netherlands: More Dutch homeowners associations ban Airbnb rentals

An increasing number of homeowners associations have problems with Airbnb rentals, according to umbrella organization VvE Belang. A number of recent court rulings indicated that Airbnb rentals are not allowed without the permission of the homeowners association, and more and more are considering banning rentals to tourists, the organization said to BNR.     Read the article………….
