An Indianapolis woman has filed a class action lawsuit against a condominium owners’ association, alleging they erroneously charged her more than a thousand dollars in attorney’s fees.  Nicole Ashburn filed the lawsuit Jan. 28 in Marion Superior Court against Heron Lake Condominium Owners’ Association.    Read the article………………………..
