A trial was vacated last week in the case launched by the Gold Canon Subdivision Property Owner Association against Westover Homes, LLC, in May.  The Gold Canon Subdivision Property Owner Association, which was formed to bring suit against the Colorado Springs-based Westover Homes, filed a complaint May 20, alleging Westover Homes had delivered portions of two residential housing structures, violating established and recorded covenants.    Read the article…………………………
