The Strata Tribunal has flipped the script on pets in Strata Schemes. It has decided that Strata Schemes cannot refuse permission for pets except for good reason.  It has decided that Pet owners in a strata property have the right to keep any pet they like, so long as the animal does not unreasonably interfere with another occupant’s use and enjoyment of their strata lot or the common property.   Read the article………………………..
