Last month, Baca Grande Subdivision resident Bayardo Reno Sandy filed an answer to a lawsuit entered into court records in November 2018 by the Baca Grande Property Owner’s Association (BGPOA).  The court ruled on his answer Tuesday, denying Sandy’s motion to dismiss the case on the grounds it has already been filed in federal court. The judge also refused to dismiss the federal suit pending outcome of the local lawsuit. In his answer, Sandy further alleges that the plaintiff has not supplied the court with all the historical facts regarding the case, including recent improvements made to his property.    Read the article………………………
