Bipartisan Legislation Introduced to Make Community Associations Eligible for FEMA Disaster Assistance

Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) introduced the Disaster Assistance Equity Act (H.R. 5298), bipartisan legislation that expands access to disaster assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to community associations. Rep.
